Areyana was my bartender and I had a great experience! She was super friendly and very attentive. There were two floor mangers that both came over to ensure I was happy and means a lot to me. This is my new spot!

My order was messed up when I initially did my online purchase however I called in and spoke to Ms. JoJo and she fixed everything with no problem and had exceptional customer service when we spoke over the phone and in person was a better experience.

Going here tonight was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. When I first walked in with my daughter, we waited and waited for a server to seat us. No one came. I eventually had to call the location while sitting on the front bench just to get someone’s attention. When a server finally came over, she skipped right past me and seated the family behind us. I politely let her know I had already been waiting about six minutes, but she responded with a noticeably snippy attitude.
After we were seated, we were assigned a waiter named Gwen. She took our order, and we waited more than 18 minutes just to receive appetizers. When they arrived, there were fruit flies around the food. Shortly after, Manager Nick stopped by and asked if everything was okay. I explained the situation and asked if I could place my entrée order with him instead. He was kind and immediately took the order.
Unfortunately, after waiting another 30 minutes, my order of 10 wings never arrived. Gwen was nearby but was busy talking with another employee and never once checked on our table or offered a refill. At that point, I asked to cancel the order and requested to pay only for the appetizers.
This was extremely disappointing, especially for a brand-new location. The lack of attentiveness, slow service, and overall experience were unacceptable. I truly hope management takes steps to improve staffing, training, and customer service moving forward.
