It was about 45 minutes to closing. It was our first experience at this location since the one in LJ closed. Not a good start.

The assistant manager made it extremely difficult for me to get a refund only offering store credit, stating that it would take 5-10 days to get a refund. When I told my wife what the assistant manager said, he denied it. And No a refund was not initiated! This assistant manager as well as the cooks that night, would not be working for me immediately. This looks deliberate!! Nov 7th 2025 9:30 pm In addition one of the hamburger Patties was old and the other one was half cooked. I pray to God I don’t get sick! Disgusting! And for the company person who keeps apologizing on these posts….Stop, send this to the leaders of your franchise or corporation and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT before something bad happens to a customer and you are all over the national media!!

Talk about someone that makes your experience enjoyable because he just seems to love his job. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Tristen, who was also just as amazing! Our food and service was great, no complaints about this place.
