The food is flavorless not sure how that happens in a chain restaurant. And the workers don't care. They simply don't have anyone in there holding them accountable for how they treat the costumer and how they are handling the food from the flavors to the orders. It's always something.

But staff states that they are out... then as we are paying we saw them loading up at with they are out of... but the grab missing items for drive thru order from the front. It's extremely disappointing to not get what you would like based on poor customer service type skills.

They do this so that the atmosphere is uncomfortable and you won’t want to eat in the lobby, that way they don’t have to clean the dining area. I have started to avoid even going there all together.
