I’m waiting a long time for my orders to be made while they all just stare at me like i’m some alien? The lobby is atrocious! Trash is everywhere and the cans stay overflowing here. Roaches are seen very frequently and it seems as if they don’t care! I’ve tried to giving this restaurant a chance but it’s distasteful. The manager, Joslyn, is just as rude. I see where her employees get it from. I always wish for places to improve but it’s been months and it just hasn’t changed a bit. I remember a year ago, there were some very lovely and friendly employees working in the front. The smiles were very sweet to see. I wonder what happened to all of them. Please do better Chipotle.
