The patties for the chicken sandwich are very thin in comparison to other locations where it was plump and juicy. I've gotten the chicken sandwich combo 3 times and they were all the same, the patties thin, flat, dry. I'll be finding another location instead of this one..

Repeatedly asked for my name which I provided and even spelled per his request again he repeated incorrectly. Being flabbergasted I asked for a manager Robert was dismissive defensive and argumentative.. He seemed to escalate the conversation at which point I just remained silent. Terrible leadership explains the long wait and incorrect order..

I was still hungry after this. I wonder how this made it through quality checks. It was mainly breading. You see the thin strip of actual chicken. This chicken patty wasn’t worth the biscuit it was placed on. Disappointed. They also forgot my friend’s sauce so I had to go back and ask.

I asked for a refill because the drink was the only thing correct. They forgot food from my order and then told me they will not give me a refill after driving back 20 minutes. Roberto came and pretended to not know what was going on and denied to help so No argument I just left.
