- BTBetty TrujilloApr 20, 20261.0I usto love this location but today’s experience was not ok 👎 I was having trouble on the app to load my QR code and (Val) did not let the other employe type my order manually and told him that I had to go all the way around and get to the back of the line so they can take my order again for me. there was cars on the other lane waiting which did not make any sense to me, Why I had to go back and make line again .

Plus it says the color and vehicle. If im the only vehicle with that color, and its on the receipt, than whats the problem? Is it because im black and placed a large order? So you’re telling me you took my money, made the decision to cancel the order without warning, and just expected me to leave with nothing? There was no flexibility, no attempt to fix the situation, and no effort to compensate. If there’s a strict pickup cutoff, that needs to be clearly communicated before taking someone’s money. Terrible customer service and extremely frustrating. I shouldn’t have to fight to receive food I already paid for.
