  I stopped in to grab lunch and at the time I came in , the store was packed. The staff were so helpful. They were so patient and Roy was a star. He got everyone checked out, answered everyone's questions and it was overall great experience.

  I had a really great experience at CAVA thanks to Dania. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the customers. She kept a positive attitude the whole time and made the environment feel welcoming. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who’s both efficient and kind. Dania definitely stands out as a hardworking and dedicated employee.

  Had a great experience at CAVA in Fort Bend! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. Everything tasted well-balanced, and the ingredients were clearly high quality. What really made the visit stand out was the customer service—Roy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the experience. It’s always a plus when great food is matched with great service. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

  1st things 1st when you walk in it’s super clean. The atmosphere feels welcoming as well as the staff makes you feel welcomed. Mack prepared my meal and was very polite and respectful. That was my 1st trying there food and it won’t be my last.

  Ordered my food to be picked up and someone was sitting at the front of the Pick up window trying to order food like it was a drive-through. He sat there for at least 10 minutes before somebody told him not to. I reversed with multiple cars behind me. At this point there was eight cars waiting at a pick up window! I decided to go inside to get my food. Now this is where I was not treated well at all. I was snapped ant and felt as if the issues they were having was my fault. I was then handed drinks with absolutely no ice in it and then had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. When I spend $60 on food, I really expect to be treated with a shred of respect. I don’t think I’m ever gonna come back to this location
