  the staff needs to learn how to follow simple instructions. i asked for a cold pour (no ice) drink with the soft top and toppings on the side. they ended up putting it in the drink. i don’t see how someone would ask for a cold pour drink with their toppings in the drink. i brought it up to the lady that handed to me that i asked for it on the side and the only response i got from her was “oh…sorry”. did not even offer to fix it. i had to leave right after and it was too late for me to realize that the outside of my cup had caramel dripping all over the side and wasn’t even cleaned. my cup holder got sticky and had to clean it up after. to top it all off, my drink was not good either and was pretty bitter too. do better.

  I have never ever seen such a well organized and friendly atmosphere like Dutch bros and their employees! I always go to all the locations and today I will never ever forget the experience I had. I noticed there were many people outside smiling and laughing and essentially having a great time. Gibi a very influential person in Dutch bros recognized me and called me over! I realized I was smack in the middle of all the operators and managers! Omg!!! I was instantly humbled yet I felt so much love and happiness. Tannin,an operation director from San Antonio gave me some gift cards. She had a contagious smile. I also met Adam I believe was his name the manager at the Shary road location. What a wonderful guy! Then there a young lady that was in the middle talking to everyone and another young lady who said she had been with the company for 3 years and others that had been there for many years. The young lady in the middle talking to everyone was none other than I think the owner or the head of all the Dutch bros and then P.E the Head operator of Dutch bros in the RGV responsible for who knows how many Dutch bros! Honestly,gibi is incredible and she is everywhere omg! Super talented! I met all the members and managers and operators. Truly it was a humbling and emotional experience for me! It was difficult to contain myself and retired to my vehicle momentarily to collect myself. I was invited back into the group function and took pictures with everyone. To everyone I met. I love everyone of you and thank you! I will never forget the smiles and laughter you all shared with me that day. Gratefully indebted Mr García!

  I order the protein golden eagle with the zero sugar syrups blended. They added too much ice and it doesn’t even taste like they added any syrup at all. The line also took a while as well.

  I am writing to express my concern regarding repeated issues with drink orders at your Sharyland store. On several occasions, both my daughter and I have requested specific drinks, but the staff has not paid attention to our order details. As a diabetic, it is critical for me to receive sugar-free drinks when requested. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I was assured that the drinks were sugar-free, but they were not. Additionally, we ordered small drinks and were given medium ones instead. This is not the first time such mistakes have occurred, and it poses a serious health risk for me. Due to these repeated errors, I have decided I will no longer be visiting this location.

  Idaliz needs to do a better Job at doing her job!!! I was skipped FOUR times in the line. Not only was I there before all those cars, but she was not doing the zigzag method. I know how Dutch bros works their line busting because my sister works at the Dutch bros off expressway in McAllen. It’s really simple to do your job correctly. Even Dutch bros has a SIGN TO PICK THE SHORTER LINE. Take that sign off if your employees do not know how to follow rules. The managers at Shary are way too comfortable with their employees. I have never had an issue with Dutch bro’s on expressway and that is because they are in the same operation under the same manager!!! That’s insane. I’m not sure if she was just lazy to walk over to the 2nd lane or what the issue was but this needs to be corrected immediately or just take off that stupid sign off. It does no good to have a sign that says “pick the shortest lane” if the employees can’t do their dam job right. Adam and Joe need to do their jobs as well. Horrible customer service. I even asked her if she doing the zigzag method and she said NO and proceeded to take the other cars order. What a joke. Do you job or don’t work at all. It’s that simple.
