  pheeeewwwww. the fries they gave me had to have been AT LEAST a day old. there is zero chance those were made today. so stale and hard, and lukewarm. the roast beef sandwich was on point though. delicious. tea was good, mozzarella sticks and peach roll are for somebody else so i can’t comment on the taste, but they were hot in the box. the person running the drive thru gave zero pleasantries, just barked out questions and demands. no hello, no thank you, nothing. i should have looked at other reviews before ordering, but hey, at least it was only $8.

  This Arby’s is terrible. I don’t know how many times I’ve been here and they are completely out of multiple items or something isn’t working correctly. This time no Arby’s sandwiches. Goodness. The fries I got were cold and gross.

  Wow, the steak bites are junk. One was so small (ordered a 5pc), all were black hard chunks.

  Started coming here for the sandwiches but continued coming because of the customer service. Had a screaming baby while waiting for my food and a lovely lady working helped me calm her during the short wait. Great employees here

  Donnie (not sure if I spelled that right) who was the cashier, is an absolute angel, she has the sweetest personality, is so nice, and very attentive; she checked on us in the dining room after we had our food. She is a wonderful employee! I put a 2 for the food because today it was dried out and kind of gross honestly, the edges were so dry they were hard. I ended up throwing half away. I’ve eaten here many times and this was the first time it wasn’t delicious. So that was really disappointing but I hope it was just a one time thing.
