This time by an employee wanting to clock out. She couldn't have waited the 30 seconds for the order to be complete. Just like when the manager interrupted my husband mid sentence while actively ordering to yell at an employee a few months ago. Do manners and common courtesy not exist here? We never have problems at other locations. 7B has some of the best coffee. But we're done going to this location. Almost everytime we go here the coffee tastes off, order is wrong, or it's a management issue.

But the last couple of times that I've been there the kids were all sitting outside while one person did all of the orders and the inside looked filthy. Lids and dirty towels all over floor. Makes you wonder how clean your order is...disappointing.
