  Extremely Disappointing and Unsanitary Experience My husband and I decided to try Twisted Sisters Tap House after seeing several Instagram recommendations about their pizza. The restaurant was busy and smelled amazing when we walked in, which made us even more excited to try it. Our waitress was very sweet and helped us with some menu suggestions. We placed our order and waited quite a while for our pizza to arrive. By the time the food came out, we had already been there for over an hour and a half between waiting to be seated and waiting for the food. The pizza looked great and tasted good at first. However, while my husband was eating, he suddenly felt something hard in his mouth. When he took it out, we realized it was a fake fingernail baked into the pizza. We were completely shocked and disgusted. We calmly waited for the waitress to come by and explained what had happened. She said she would get the manager. What was surprising is that during the entire time we had been there (over 1.5 hours), we never once saw a manager walking around the restaurant. Eventually the manager came over, apologized, and said he would comp my husband’s pizza and take 25% off the bill. At that point, the damage was done. We completely lost our appetite. Finding a fake nail in your food is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene in the kitchen. This was honestly one of the most disgusting dining experiences we have ever had, and unfortunately we will never return. Restaurants must follow proper food safety procedures, and this experience made it clear that something is very wrong behind the scenes.

  We were looking forward to eating here! But the staff was not welcoming saying they wouldn’t take our group - even when we offered to split up. There was plenty of room with a large table about to open. Their loss, Branded Burger down the block was great! Welcoming and was happy to have our business of multiple adult beverages each and every person with a full meal.

  Restaurant was half empty and they refused to sit a group of 15 even if we offered to split up. Service was a joke and staff was not welcoming.
