- JBJohn Barclay6 days ago1.0I drove there for breakfast. I got there at 10:10 AM, but the doors were locked. Then I saw they didn't open till 10am. Fifteen minutes later after knocking on doors & windows & seeing employees ignore me intentionally, they finally let me in only to confirm what I already suspected...that they don't serve breakfast. By then it was too late to go anywhere else. I'm Pissed.

On several occasions a black girl with braids has just looked at me and didn't even acknowledge I was even standing at the counter. If you place a mobile order you have to wait to pickup even though you order 10 minutes before arrival. Worst wendys in texas!

I got a small flurry and a large water. I got to the window and they gave me my flurry and water, but no straw or spoon? I tried asking the girl but she walked away from the window. I then asked again and she gave me a thumbs up and handed them to me. The entire interaction she didn’t say a single word to me? It was the most bizarre customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m not one to post reviews like this, it was just so awkward and strange I had to say something. I get the worker could’ve been tired, after all it was pretty late, but I was just getting off work too. However, not saying a single word like “how are you?” Or “have a good one” literally nothing. This was my first time going to this restaurant, so not a very good first impression on their part.
