- SMSteven Morrow6 days ago1.03rd time i been into this place and they never have the supplies they need to make a sub then on top of that I get charged extra for substitutions for the cheese that they didn't have so ended up with 2 different cheeses on my sub cause they ran out of the second cheese they was offering...they did have bacon this time though...just needs better managing of qaunity of foods to serve costumers

I love a subway and been to many before, and these two boys had some of the best food handling skills. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and glove changing between answering the phone etc. Respectful boys, great job Midlo Subway.

- LMLupita MartinezAug 15, 20251.0I went to subway today after school and while I was being attended I asked for Monterey cheese and the young female worker said she didn’t have the type of cheese I wanted so then I asked okay what type do you guys have? And she responded with “ the ones that are infront of your face.” She didn’t need to be rude about it and could’ve been nice but she wasn’t. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but that isn’t and shouldn’t be how you respond to your customers for asking a simple question, it was js overall ugly of her. Not to mention this isn’t the only thing that has occurred to me in the past year, other staff at subway have been mean if not meaner and very disrespectful. I have gotten my order switched and when the other person who had my sandwich said it wasn’t his sandwich he had but into my sandwich so had to redo my whole sandwich. Im just saying this because they seem like they don’t know what they are doing as a team and are rude for no reason at all.
