- JRjosie ruizOct 31, 20251.0My. Order was placed at 6:45 on the app. I even took my time coming to the store and arrived at 7:15 fully wxpefting my pizza to be finished. I walked into the store and asked the guy at the front desk for my order, to my surprise he said my pizza was not ready and it would be done in 30 minutes. I went to my car and waited 25 minutes before heading back I to the store to get in line. Once I reached the front desk I asked for an update on my order since I had already been waiting for 20 minutes more than I should have. The guy at the front desk couldn’t even find my mobile order and when he did apparently my pizza hadn’t even begun to be prepared and he said it would take “30-45 minutes more” on top of what I had already waited. At that point my frustration was over the top and I just cancelled my entire order. I can understand having a lot of orders and being busy but if that’s the case please let me know ahead of time instead of lying to me about the wait time so I’m not sitting in your parking lot wasting my time.
