  I ordered the strawberry cheesecake blizzard and there were no strawberries. I thought maybe they were blended in the cup but there were none. Not sure how something so simple was missed.

  Been to this dairy queen a few times, we drive from Dallas just because this one is the best! Always great food really courteous friendly people. We were there yesterday March 18 & the lovely young lady that helped us made the experience even better. Wish i had gotten her because she was perfect. We will certainly be back!!👍👍

  So it took a long time for our food to be ready. This turned out to be a good thing. My friend, who is dying of cancer, was in the car and was somewhat delirious. She couldn’t remember what she wanted. At the last minute, she said “cookie dough”. What she wanted was a cookie dough blizzard. Candon, bless him, was so very patient with her and added the cookie dough blizzard to our three combo order. He was kind, cheerful, and gentle and very quick to offer help. Candon is the reason for this review. The food was frankly mediocre. Candon is stellar!

  I frequent this location very often with my daughters to get them a treat, but will not be returning again after the way I was treated tonight. There was an issue with an item being inedible that should have been easily fixed with replacement or refund. A huge scene was made about it with a cell phone being handed to me to talk to someone. When I handed the phone back, the "manager"?? said to her employee "make her be quiet" referring to me (this is the woman with the raspy voice). I was simply asking why such a big deal was being made and that what was a special time with my daughters was turning into a disappointment over how this was handled. Also, they had an extremely long line that hadn't been moving much at all since the first time I was in line and were holding up everyone else. At the end, the item was refunded. But the treatment was unacceptable. Side note: One of the employees had pulled her shirt up and was scratching when we were at the window waiting. Not really something that should be done when working in the food industry.
