  I just had a truly horrible experience. The girl, because she was busy flirting with a guy, gave my drink away to him—and then she had to go and make a whole new one, since, according to my order, it wasn't ready yet.

  I'm convinced that this location cannot get a delivery or pick up order correct. Everything from missing chicken on a Cobb salad to bringing half the crackers for two orders of soup. Hopefully the other restaurant can still deliver because I'm tired of wrong orders.

  I don't often give bad reviews, and have never had a notable bad experience at Chick-fil-A. But a couple days ago I went to order some food, much of my order was incorrect. I called the location and told them of the issue, they told me to come back and that they would replace the food. When I got to the location they reneged on what they said, and acted as if I was in the wrong and I was trying to get over on them, When I was only trying to get what was agreed upon to rectify the issue on the phone. When your order is incorrect, and a manager agrees to correct or rectify the wrongdoing, and then you drive back up there and they go back on what was said, making you look like you're trying to manipulate the situation, it doesn't put a good taste in your mouth! I later went and explained the issue to a head manager so it could be used as a learning tool to better their service. I didn't get my food because I don't need to beg Chick-fil-A for food and I'm not trying to get any freebies. But Nobody likes to be treated as if they were in the wrong when you messed up their order.

  It’s bout 9:45 p.m close to closing so it’s understandable to be irritated or just wanting to get off but, A worker dropped my ice cream cup, picked it up from the ground, proceeded to wipe it onto the top of my cup holder, then she put it on my cup if I need to be more specific it was the strawberry hibiscus lemonade cup. Anyways that’s just disgusting she’s disgusting so I called her out on it all she said was sorry. So I went home didn’t check my bag and that was my mistake but I ordered 4 chicken strips and only got 3 and the size is crazy asked for mayo and Chick-fil-la sauce and didn’t get it so now ion like to complain but that’s just dirty what she did I don’t know her name but it’s a brown skin girl. Now I could be over exaggerating but I just personally think that is very unsanitary and it’s basically cross contamination.
