  This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. They close whenever they want, they always mess up my order. The only reason I go is because it’s close to the house. Please get new management

  I waited in the drive-thru line as the next car to order for about 5 minutes before saying ‘hello’ to see if anyone would respond. I was told they would be with me shortly, so I waited another 10 minutes before someone finally started taking my order. She sounded distracted, laughing and talking with coworkers, and not really paying attention. Midway through my order, she suddenly stopped taking it while a line was building up behind me. I said, ‘ma’am, I wasn’t done with my order,’ and she laughed and told me ‘one moment’ again. I ended up waiting about 20 more minutes before cars started leaving and going around. I got back in line and saw other people actually getting their orders taken. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The service has consistently been poor at this location, and the staff often seem rude and inattentive. If you can’t provide basic customer service, something needs to change. Do better or hire better staff.

  No es mala la comida pero es caro. Si buscas economía te recomiendo macdonal
