    Ok let's start.. I love Wendy's so this is a lil disappointing. This location at 8pm on 3-31-2026 wasn't busy inside or drive thru so I thought perfect this will be fast... Wrong. I pull up to drive thru. Take a moment to look over menu and decide on #1 double with no ketchup and no cheese med with sweet tea light ice. I get to the window and clearly I see a new girl is working the window. Ok I understand I been a new girl once. So I wait a while then this poor girl remembers the window and I lost when she opens the window like I cut line or something I say I ordered. She tells me a order I say no not mine again 3 times I'm asked what I ordered 3 times I repeat. Now I'm nervous. Manager is now over helping and looks so unhappy and bothered. Doesn't talk to me at all. They punch in a double with no ketchup and no onion. Now I'm allergic to dairy and it didn't say no cheese. It didn't say med fry or my drink so when it comes out wrong as it will cause it wasn't rang up correctly I will have to ask for a refund and go spend more time at a better working restaurant. Also as I write this it is now 8:25pm I have been waiting now 25 minutes on fast food. Ok so after getting down from my vehicle and going in guess what took so long. Lack of communication and when I talk to manager she tells me it was remade 4 times but had cheese so I ask for refund bam my baby burger was ready. Crazy. But here's the kicker after all that nothing offered for inconvenience. I told manager that this lil burger was supposed to be a #1 double the combo. She smiles and shifts blame and did nothing to make it right other then say sorry. 30 minutes it took for my order to be wrong. Thanks that was dinner. I'm starting to lean more towards BK or Whataburger they have always gotten the order correct.

    Honestly this place doesn't deserve any stars.. try going in to get food for me, and my grandson who only 2ys old and my 8ys old son. And the manager and employees didn't even acknowledge us while waiting to place a order. So we're left and went else where. They don't deserve my business. This place not friendly, courteous to there customer.

    I get off work by 11 and I swing by immediately after. They’re rarely open till midnight as advertised on google and the website. Manager tends to close up early witch is frustrating as there are no other restaurants open at this time.

    Why?!?! Order a regular chicken sandwich ( asiago chicken sandwich) and last THREE TIMES they put a spicy chicken patty. Every other location can manage to put the right patty on. But not this one. Ordered extra topping for the Cinnabon icing. But nope neither. And best part.... the sauces for nuggets not put in bag either. How hard. I am in retail, senior management. And I know what it is like to deal with customers. But such incompetence is just blatant disregard for your guest. Especially when it is a reoccurring issue. How hard is it? And now I have a hungry child without dipping sauces because children want the sauces. Have the receipt showing paid. And never get it. If a customer orders why not actually fulfill the order. Never again. Tired of being out of money and never getting whole order. Hire people that can take care of your customers.
