  The food here is really good. The building itself is a bit rundown and could definitely use some aesthetic updates, but I got a look at the kitchen and it was spotless—seriously clean, which says a lot. The staff are all really friendly, and the overall experience is great. The salsa can be hit or miss on the spice level—sometimes it’s pretty spicy, other times it’s more mild, which I personally prefer. This place has gone through what feels like 30 different businesses over the past 20 years, so I’m honestly just glad it’s still Wall Street Cocina and still going strong. If you want it a little more punchy or more “review site” style, I can tweak it further.

  Great spot in downtown midland!! Service was fast, professional and the food quality is unmatched. The birria #23 is a must !!

  If you’re looking for some great quesabirria tacos, this is the spot! Amazing food, friendly staff, and an overall great experience. Definitely a must try! Si estás buscando unos deliciosos tacos de quesabirria, este es el lugar! La comida está increíble, el personal es muy amable y el ambiente es excelente.

  I ate at Wall St Cocina and tried the birria tacos—hands down some of the best I’ve had. The meat was incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The tacos were crispy, cheesy, and dipped just right, and the consommé took everything to another level. You can tell they take pride in their food. Definitely coming back and highly recommend if you’re a birria fan.
