  Phone order was messed up...they said I could get a free pizza next time. I called a month later and they actually gave my complete delivered order at no charge. I tipped driver heavily and have used them soley for my pizza.

  Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! Adrian was my cashier and provided excellent customer service — super friendly, fast, and made sure everything in my order was right. It’s always nice being helped by someone who actually cares about the customer experience. Thanks, Adrian!

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just the way I like it. Every bite of the pizza was delicious, with the perfect balance of toppings and crust. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere; it was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and great service. I’ll be coming back again!

  I gave you a poor review due to a bad experience and you asked me to email you about my experience so we could “discuss it”. You refuse to respond to me so what was the point of your comment on the review? This is a perfect example of continued poor customer service.

  I ordered online to pick up at 427 Andrews Highway. When I arrived at the store there were 2 people prepping pizzas but no one acknowledged me when I walked in. When they did finally acknowledge me, my order was ready so that was nice. When I got home however, neither pizza had extra sauce as requested, the hand made pizza did not have hand made crust. It was more like the in and it was underbaked.
