  They are so slow to give you your order and they always manage to mess up something. They need better management.

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the poor level of service at this location. I specifically requested my order without cheese, yet it was served with cheese anyway. It is frustrating to pay for a service where simple customer instructions are completely ignored before the order is handed out. Management needs to prioritize staff training and quality control, as this was a highly unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this location if you expect your order to be prepared correctly."

  Drive thru lady was rude she was heavy set . Had my nieces check the food as we were on the way home food was cold and ordered a large fry with sauces got no sauces and picture attached of the “ large fries”

  This place is not 247 stop with the BS Atleast have your hours listed correctly. Twice I have been here only to be told they are closed. The 2nd time I asked but aren’t yall 247? The lady said yes then proceeded to say nothing else when I asked how so?

  If i could give 0 stars i would. workers lack respect as well as a sense of urgency.5 workers in view watching a baseball game while we sat waiting for our food. line was wrapped around the building. the woman taking orders wasn't paying any attention and got our order wrong 3 times before we walked her through step by step a simple 2 meal order. when we finally got our food turns out she did it wrong again because we were missing almost an entire meal. they then proceeded to argue with us and say we didnt order the food, and took another 5 mins to get it to us.
