Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Numerous reviews highlighted poor customer service, including rude staff, long wait times, and incorrect orders.

Give your drive thru cashier a lady named Mo a huge raise!! She was polite, informative, and cheerful! A rarity in Midland these days!! She made my day and I kept thinking how lucky you were to have a smiling employee!! I would love to snag her to come work for us!!

I love Whataburger. This place did not live up. Order from kiosk. Burgers came plain. No one going around with ketchup. When I ask for it, she is irritated, can't find it, asks someone else to open the box. No receipt to scan points from the kiosk. They were having a staff meeting in the lobby, so other employees couldn't be bothered with customers. Definitely not a traditional Whataburger experience. Im glad I'm not going back to that one.

This location is always packed with people when I stop by in the afternoon but that’s because the food is excellent. They have delicious food like the cheeseburgers and I recommend the Patty Melt. Self serve drinks which means free refills. They have plenty of staff on duty so things move quickly and they are well organized which all means that even when it’s busy they get your food out to you in 5-10 minutes.

Ate here alone after work and just happened to sit facing the kitchen. I watched their workers in the kitchen for about 15 min. They were efficient, communicated with each other to complete tasks, and it honestly looked how it supposed to and now how other fast food joints look. One lady spilled fried in the kitchen and another worker cleaned it up, even reaching underneath some of the shelves to get remaining fries that fell into the corner. Another guy was refilling the ice in the drink machine and dropped a few onto the shelf. It would have been so easy for him to toss those pieces of ice into the bin with the others, instead he walked across the dining room and threw them out. Manager is doing a great job here!
