As soon as the phone call was answered, the lady responded with a very condescending and honestly kind of rude attitude when asking for the reason of my call and my name. They said they had just now sent the fax over and when I said they new pharmacy had nothing another lady near her said “then they need to check their machine cause I just did it” with the same snarky attitude. The whole phone call felt like I was being an inconvenience. Won’t be filling anything else here, even though I didn’t mean to in the first place.

Unfortunately, my first interactions in-weren’t great ,a few female employees came across as rude.(Hung up a few times) This morning, however, I received a call from Manager Tim, and I can’t say enough good things about how he handled the situation. He was extremely apologetic, professional, and respectful. It’s refreshing to speak with someone who listens, takes responsibility, and genuinely wants to make it right. Managers like Tim & the customer service rep are the reason I’ll continue to shop at United. It’s nice to know concerns don’t just get swept under the rug. Thank you for valuing your customers and showing that good service still matters.
