  Ordered food on the app THIRTY minutes before we even got to the location and still waited in line for another thirty just for our order to not even be correct. The location wasn’t even busy. I’m not really sure what was going on, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

  This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Always takes at least 45 min to an hour. Quality of food is still horrible. Attitudes from employees. Crazy management and ownership does nothing about it. But yea don’t go here, I know I won’t be.

  Been waiting in drive through for 40 minutes, a single car leaves about once every 8 minutes. Horrible service and horrible management from what the other reviews seem to say. Get yall stuff together.

  I have gone here several times in the last month and they should be shut down . Or get a manager that cares . They never get everything in the bag or you taco or burrito has a poor excuse for stuff in it . The drive through has to be the slowest in town and that’s saying something. I really hope for corporate sake they replace every one who works there because they staff are rude and have horrible work ethic

  I placed a mobile order... When I got there, first the chick at the drive thru window told me that the 2 pink cookie freeze things I had on my order weren't available... (Seriously I know you guys can update the apps menu for unavailable items, but whatever I wasn't even tripping) Then she handed my husband the 2 $5 boxes, and when he asked where the 2 lg sodas were that we paid for and that are included with the $5 box meal deal, she said oh yeah we're out of all drinks too.... Ok so she was somewhat rude about it and literally acted like all pissy because we even asked. Like we were supposed to already have known that..... (Would have if the app had been updated accordingly , but again, whatever.) So at that moment Im like geez ok so please can you modify my payment for the almost $9 that we had already paid for via the mobile app for the 2 pink cookie freeze things, that we did not receive because they were out of them. (Literally I was not even tripping on the 2 drinks that we also didnt receive) Like. I was being super cool about it, and she gave me a weird look and said no she would not modify the receipt for me and that I can take that up with the mobile app myself and shut the window.... Nowwww mind you this was over a week ago...and the only way I would b able to take It up with the app is via their feedback order issue option. But that very same day I did fill out the form on the app, with all info necessary, the location, time, date , order number, total, and the last 4 of my card that was used to pay for the order, with all of my contact info, along with a very detailed and accurate explanation of the situation, and requested a response to my feedback order issue.... Andddddd it's been a week or more since and haven't heard anything from anybody nor has my issue been resolved.... Sooooo kinda annoyed.
