- APArielle PivinDec 4, 20251.0I placed an online order. I went to pick up the order and I gave the last name, the staff member asked to see my phone. I went to the order screen where I placed it, trying to comply (I have never had this experience before) I showed her the order and that it matched. She made me repeat the order number out loud and lectured me telling me “you need to say the order number. This is how you pick up from here” when I expressed that the overall interaction was unpleasant and walked away I could hear them clearly saying I didn’t need to come back. I think that’s actually exactly what will happen. I will never be coming back to this particular establishment ever again. I’m not going to be treated like I’m a criminal trying to steal a sandwich, when a name for an order is good enough for every other establishment. I genuinely would never recommend this location or its staff to anyone.

- AMAlejandro MendozaOct 9, 20252.0I usually go here for my food always leave with great service but after tonight this will be the last. my food was literally still cold and was warmed up in front of me, my wife's sandwich was supposed to be cold but was warmer then mine ,then proceed to say "after this im taking a smoke break"like just slapped everything together just to hurry up an smoke .I get it I used to have that habbit but at least take your time with my food. Didn't even get to enjoy it after not eating all day , i just got off work 12 -13 hour shift.
