- JCJenn CarrSep 9, 20251.0I work near this location so I’ve been here a few time for lunch. Each time I come it gets progressively worse. Today may be my last time coming here. They only offer wheat bread and have no soda fountain drinks available. The staff is nice the store is clean but I don’t like having bread or fountain options.
- LHLarry HerringAug 25, 20251.0Out of almost everything I wanted, I would have left when I found out there was no ranch for my sandwich. I had already paid though. They were out of many items. Got a 12inch Togo. It was not cut and all of my vegetables are so soggy. Best part of my meal were my chips. (Even though they were out of the chip flavor I wanted). Staff was fine, didn’t seem to care that they were out of anything, never heard an “I’m sorry” or “our apologize”.
- DPDan PowellJul 28, 20251.0I've eaten at over a hundred different Subways. This one used to be ok, but I just had the worst subway experience yet. They waited until they started making my sandwich to tell me they had no mozzarella and only had provolone. Then they let the sandwich sit for 5-10 minutes after the oven before getting to the condiments. Then they had no LETTUCE and couple other things! I ended up with a cold chicken teriyaki sandwich that was soaked in teriyaki sauce and tomatos with a few pieces of onion. It was so cold and gross I ate the chips and left the gross soggy cold sandwich on the table. Waste of $17!

He said he won't give me a refund, he won't void the transaction and will not make me a substitute sandwich. I told him the subway app won't let me cancel the order. He said too bad, there's nothing he can do and told me to figure it out. Never going back there.
