Gave this place to many chances.. they charge my card twice every time I go there and always says it’ll be 7-10 business days before you get the money back , this place has been going down the drain for years ! The employees are terrible down to the managers

We just came here and 2 of our orders were wrong by a simple missing sausage patty. When we told them, they asked for the food back which we tried to do but one of the sandwiches fell which the girl told us not to worry and she would replace the items. We then were told she had to have the food back to fix it which we now didnt have because it was thrown in the trash. The girl who refused to even tell us her name or job role refused to remake the food or issue a refund. She then added up some cash that came from.some small lock box and threw it at me and refused to give me a receipt showing a refund. When I asked for a contact number or email I was told NO

They can't seem to get syrup right. Everytime i order drinks here(THE STAPLE OF SONIC) they taste like absolute dogwater. Its just syrup with soda added. Its only like 2 to 4 pumps.
