  Inefficient service. If you go to pick up a DoorDash or Uber order, they don't pay attention to you. Your order is never ready; sometimes they show you it's ready, but it's not. I think they lack coordination.

  Everything was on point. The staff were very polite and friendly. Didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Food was good and are waitress came around often to make sure if we didn’t need anything else

  Never been to a Saltgrass that wasn't good. This one is no different. Met some work folks for an early dinner. Our server was attentive and food was cooked perfectly. Not much else you can ask for out of a chain restaurant.

  our server was awesome, food was not. A manager came to talk to me and my husband about our concerns about the cold steak, which was our main problem until we caught the strangest stench coming from the manger. He was a tall, bigger, maybe more than slightly balding man. I think his name was jordan. You would think a classier restaurant would care about the appearance and smell of its management..but apparently not. He might be a better fit for mcdonald’s or arby’s.

  HORRIBLE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL! The only reason I chose 1 star is because I had to choose something. Me and my family literally just left after trying to have an early Valentine's Day dinner together! We were sat at a table near the kitchen as staff talked and walked past us while we were waiting 20 minutes. No one came to get our order or even stop at our table. However, a group of men who looked to have just finished working entered, were seated and waitress immediately attended to them! Too bad for you, my husband is a Supervisor in the Midstream business and uses your restaurant for work luncheons and business dinners. Our money is just as green and just as good! Unfortunately, for you, you lost our family business as well as his companies. He called to remove you from their restaurant list as we drove to El Jefe! Where we were welcomed and attended too kindly as soon as we walked in! Take your business elsewhere! I recommend El Jefe! 👏👏👏👏
