- MTManual TavarezFeb 24, 20265.0Tried Rudy’s in Midland for the first time today. I had been to Rudy’s in other cities, but first time in my local Midland restaurant. The service was great, kind and friendly. The food was on point, truly enjoyed it all. The atmosphere was good also, several people there but not too loud or crowded. Very clean tables and the condiment and drink areas were also clean. They even came by my table and picked up my basket and late my trash even. Overall GREAT experience and can’t wait to go back with my family and even some of my clients. Well done Rudy’s A+++++

Pulled pork was OK, but once again, NO FLAVOR. If you want a mediocre meal with no seasoning and have to drown it in sauce to be able to swallow it down, this is your kind of place. If you're looking for actual food that makes you smile while eating it, go elsewhere. I probably would have got more flavor from chucky cheese next door
