HE offered to REMAKE my order and resend it out to the right address!!! AND, he was SUPER COOL about it on the phone!!!!! GREAT JOB!!! I will DEFINITELY make this my go to pizza from now on!!! He needs a raise! I did add an extra 10 bucks to the tip.....
- JSJack SeiglerJan 5, 20261.0Made online order and Papa Johns utilized DoorDash to make the delivery. DoorDash driver dropped off the order at front door and this is what we got (see pics). Most likely the DoorDash drivers fault. Called the store to speak with the manager about getting a replacement pizza and the manager showed no respect or any sign of apology. Said she’ll send another pizza and I said, “great, thank you so much” she said “mmhmm” and hung up on me. Annddddd…..you guessed it, replacement pizza never showed up.
