Not even an apology or any sort of explanation. Once you’re in line you can’t even get out and leave because of the curbs and structures around it. Worst Panera EVER, can’t believe they are even still in business considering they take about 2-3 orders per hour! How can anyone really be THIS incompetent? Waited over 35 minutes in line total to not even order bc who would trust their food making capabilities at this point???
