    Almost no one speaks English and they leave you at the speaker most times the English speaker is just rude be prepared to wait this is not fast food

    Definitely not 24 hours, the lady that came to the window after waiting for quite some time then told me they open at 4am . Which was also a lie, I came back at 4:07 and she then said they weren't open yet can couldn't give a reason why. Please update your hours of service so others don't waste their time as I did.

    How y’all gonna say 24hrs and not even acknowledge us for almost 30mins was never serviced on Jan 4th 3:50am just gotten out of the hospital aswell it really sucked since that’s all I wanted but thank GOD FOR WHATABURGER!!!

    Hoy 1 de enero 2026 fuimos por el auto servicio y solo había un auto adelante y nos hicieron esperar 17 en la taquilla para tomar la orden y solo dijeron que le diéramos unos minutos, Avanzamos hasta la Taquilla donde se retiran y resulta que solo estaban hablando la que toma el pedido y otro, sin importar el tiempo de los clientes y para completar nos trató mal, una persona así no debería estar en atención al publico si obviamente no quiere trabajar. Siempre vengo aquí y es primera vez q me pasa esto.

    During my walk in visit, on this one day, it appeared that they were training or didn't have their best crew on duty. Very slow service, it looked like there was a lot of confusion, they were out of spicy mustard, the hamburger was poorly made, and the Mcnuggets were very dry. Maybe they shouldn't conduct training with multiple kids during a prime time. In all fairness I usually use the drive through and the service is really good.
