    This location got my order wrong by giving me a bacon bagel when I ordered a steak bagel. By the time I could return, they were not longer serving lunch. I get it, breakfast is over by a certain time so you could not make my order. Then to replace my meal with lunch and I had to pay for my lunch when I was only looking to purchase breakfast. Then to return and only receive the sandwich after asking to receive a hash brown or purchase a hash brown; you say, "okay, sure," then to not receive the hash brown too. Please understand that this is not customer service because you've inconvenienced me to the point that I've returned mire than twice to your store and had to purchase other items due to your teams lack of attentiveness. They are inconsiderate, shop somewhere else.

    actually the most useless employees i’ve ever interacted with waited 33 whole minutes on our order seeing people come in way after us sitting down and eating and watching the whole rush of the restaurant leave just fir the woman at the front to tell us that this order was already made and take saying she saw a girl grab it then she said she saw us grab it EVEN THOUGH ONE OF US DOSENT HAVE ANY FOOD IN HAND come to find out the order wasn’t even registered and we had to wait for them to make another we ended up being late to school and had to get tardy passes this is the second time we’ve gone here as a small group and our orders were not received until half the restaurant was gone i thought this time would be at least a little but different apparently not
