- JMJoshua MFeb 16, 20262.0My wife and I enjoy the food at Chipotle. Wish I had better things to say about this specific location. After our work out my wife and I show up about an hour to 1.5 hours prior to their dinner rush probably begins as people generally would begin leaving work. I believe I counted 8-9 employees while I waited in a line that stretched to the door with merely one poor lady serving from what seemed to be a very depleted food line. Customers, including ourselves, were being told “sorry we are out of that” and “you can wait 20 minutes”. I think what bothered me most was not that they didn’t have the food I desired available and so I went without but more that employees just seemed indifferent and unsympathetic. This “team” felt completely disconnected and lacked leadership. I don’t need to ask any questions about how this situation came about. In my attempt to feel better about our trip across town to eat at this destination I do remember I asked if for the inconvenience my wife could have her small queso free of charge and the clerk refused (which is acceptable given he may not possess the proper authority) but made the comment “look I don’t make the prices”. Well it is apparent he nor the other 7-8 employees present make the food either.
