I visited this location on 2/24 and ordered a total of 6 drinks. 3 medium coffees (different flavors) and 2 small watermelon green teas and 1 kids as well. The guy who took my order was nice and did his job so perfectly. He repeated my order back correctly. When I got up to the front to get my drinks (they were really busy) the girl handed me 2 kids teas and one small. I told her it was the other way around and she very rudely told me I was charged for 2 kids and one small. I figured she was seeing my order on the screen. She didnt seem like she wanted to fix it nor did she offer to "charge" me correctly. So I felt forced to take it like that. I felt off though. I know i ordered it correctly and I know the young man repeated it back to me correctly. I check my order history today and I was correct! I indeed was charged for 2 SMALL teas and 1 KIDS size. I understand if I was in the wrong then check me on it but the worker should have validly checked my order before running her mouth. So technically she took money from me by giving me something smaller then what I was charged. She definitely needs to be brushed up on her customer service skills and checked on her attitude. This was around 9:30ish AM on Tuesday 2/24.

Nearly every time Iv came to this location my orders are never right. I went today and both of my drinks were totally messed up. I’m not the complaining type so I only mentioned one because it was hot instead of iced. All I got was the hot coffee poured over ice that made it melt and then had watered down coffee before I even got to drink it.. really disappointed

Horrible experience. Hopper for the 1st lane just standing there with a pissed off face 2nd lane hopper there happy to recv orders but all those orders were getting prepped before 1st since hopper just wanted to take one order at a time. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE.
