Wish I could get out of line and go somewhere else when we she is the one taking the orders. Then when u tell person at the front that the order is wrong they just tell u that is what was ordered

We heard the staff arguing about whether or not are second drink had even been made and had to ask if it was even going to be. No explanation or apology. Took way too long to have them fix the drinks at this point. Worst 7 brew ever.

Either the line is too long , the workers are rude , or we get the wrong drink order even though we repeat it 3 times. I get that some days are just busy but when it is becoming an every visit issue then something is not right. I’m very disappointed with this review because I really like 7brew but it is becoming easier just to not go at all or go get coffee somewhere else. Hope they get it together.
