  i love this place and it’s usually amazing but today was HORRIBLE service, guy in the front i just left and he was absolutely rude ! tried asking a question and he treated me like an idiot then continued to get my order wrong, continued to be rude with ugly attitude then i get to the cashier and she was just as worse. i have never had a worse experience then today

  I always love their food. So they ran out of chips for people that came inside to order but they had chips for people who ordered online which I think is backward. People who go inside should be priority

  I ordered food today for pick up before I went into work. I ordered double protein portions cause I know how much they screw you on portions. I opened my bowl and my food was still cold, and there was maybe 5 or 6 pieces of steak. I paid $20 for the bowl plus the extra protein. Chipotle likes to over charged people for their food but then not even give them remotely close to what they pay for.

  We went late on a Sunday!! Which is rare cause it seems everyone closes early on Sunday or is closed. It was busy however the staff was moving fast! The portion size of my meal was perfect. I got a chicken bowl and a large chips and queso. The queso was hot and delicious. Definitely would recommend a 1000 times!!

  I was trying to GIVE YOU BUSINESS. And somehow, that was impossible.I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a useless answering service that could not place an order, could not connect me to the store, and could not do anything remotely helpful. There is apparently no way to directly contact the actual store, which is beyond ridiculous. What kind of business completely blocks customers from speaking to a manager or employee on-site? Because of this broken system, I was never able to place my order at all. Not because I didn’t want to—but because your process is so inefficient and disconnected that it literally prevents customers from buying food. Let that sink in: you are actively losing revenue because your system is that bad. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s a complete operational failure. Corporate has created a system so out of touch that local stores are completely inaccessible, and customers are left stuck dealing with third-party call centers that accomplish nothing. Chipotle Mexican Grill corporate needs to wake up. You are driving customers away, not because of your food, but because your systems are broken beyond belief. Until you fix this and allow customers to actually contact your stores, you will continue to lose business.
