- ANAbril NabutakiApr 18, 20262.0I witnessed a Hispanic customer treat an employee disrespectfully over a language barrier.The employee stayed calm and professional, but the Hispanic customer became aggressive and started speaking harshly and cursing in Spanish in the most awful foul language when she wasn’t understood. Expecting someone to know your language and reacting with anger when they don’t is unacceptable and then she proceeded to say why they had English speaking employees. This is a place of business basic respect and patience should be the standard. The staff handled it well, but no employee should have to deal with that kind of behavior business should refuse service when employees are mistreated this employee was so heartbroken and I was so upset that I drove off instead .
