    I am writing to share a recent experience I had at your location. I ordered three meals, but when I arrived at the window, I was given four drinks. This prompted me to ask for my receipt, where I noticed I had been charged for four meals instead of three, bringing my total to nearly $55 when it is typically around $30. I politely brought this to the attention of your staff and requested a correction. While the error itself was understandable, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled by the manager on duty. His demeanor came across as frustrated and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. As a customer, I simply expected the issue to be resolved professionally, especially since the mistake did not originate on my end. I believe in giving feedback where it is due, and I hope this can be used as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of clear communication and respectful customer service.

    If you order the limited run of the jalapeño bacon ranch sandwich, they 100% won't put the jalapeño ranch in the bag. Missing 3/3 times. I decided to go back this time to get the sauce and waited through the drive through for a 2nd time. No apology, just told to come inside to get the sauce next time. How about you just put it in the bag in the first place?

    Stopped by this location on Tuesday April 7th after work. I asked for extra ice and get very little ice. The medium fries were the size of a small. I called the restaurant when I got home and someone would pick up the phone and hang it up everytime. I guess it was a bad day for them.

    Not the best Chic Fil A in town. Double check your order before leaving. They're consistent, but not in a positive way. I rather drive all the way to the Wall St's location.

    Every time, it’s the same problem — they miss something in almost every order I get from this store. It makes me very angry because I have to go back every time they forget something. I ordered sauces and ranch for my salads, and I even asked them when I received my order if everything was included. They confirmed it was — but it wasn’t. I keep giving them chances because it’s close to my house and it’s quicker and easier before going to work. But having to go back more than three times is extremely frustrating. I always call, and the only thing they say is that I can come back to pick up what was missing. That defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru. Honestly, it’s very disappointing.
