  A lady with 3 small kids walked in and said, we'll purchase food but can we have the code for the restroom.... no, you have to make a purchase first 🤦 even 7-11 has there's locked. So sorry on both stores... feel like im in India and not the united states

  Completely empty drive thru and the guy insisted we had to move to mobile order parking spot so he can see a board. 10 minutes went by, not one other car. Why all the inconvenience?

  I don't even know where to start with this place. Manager was singing rap songs with loud music playing ( typically not a big deal ) but instead of listening to our order she was singing and getting crunk. Got our whole order messed up, then tried to give me back the wrong change after I paid. She did fix it but not sure about her motive there. Then took 30 minutes to get our food and the food wasn't any good. Worst Wendys to ever go to. Wendys used to be a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat but I would NOT recommend it now days

  The black lady with the glasses always gives cold food and mixes my drinks with water. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s. It’s very low quality and they like to drown your burger in sauce

  I want to say this was the worst experience I had yet. Very bad customer service. I really think they need to reevaluate the employee they have working here at this location. I was asking to order the $5 meal which I mistakenly said bigge deal which is $6 the cashier was trying clarify what I was saying which was understandable but than this one lady got on their literally yelling at me through the intercom which was really uncalled for to where my 6 your jumped. I told her she does not have to yell and replied with I am not yelling. if you feel that way that is on you. I am not going to lie at that Point I did drop the F bomb which I should not have and drove off I will no longer go to this location. I don’t advise nobody else to either. I rather drive further for better service.
