- MNMichelle NicholsApr 11, 20261.0I visited your store last week while Tracy was assisting at the self-checkout. The items I purchased were on sale, but the discounts were not reflected at checkout. Tracy was speaking with another employee and expressing dissatisfaction about their jobs and co-workers. Meanwhile, I and several other customers were waiting at the register for assistance. I overheard a customer politely say, "I'm sorry for bothering you, but I need help," after which one staff member slowly walked over to assist. However, Tracy turned away from the rest of us and began restocking bags at the checkout stands. One of the customers asked Tracy why she was ignoring us and Tracy became angry and said, "I did not hear you ask for help or try to get my attention, that what most people do" in a very hostile voice. This is not appropriate customer service and does not represent the Tom Thumb brand. I am not sure why the behavior took place, but of all people, Tracy should not be so sassy and uncivil.

As a busy mom i do not have time to check orders otherwise i would buy in store. The problem is certain items are only available at discounted price if ordered online or delivery. Management really needs to address this issue as i'm sure i'm not the first person that's had this happen more than once.
