Love sonic but this location takes sooooo long last time I order led 1 soda and it never came out when I asked again she said hold on and never came back on so I left.

The manager here charging us for food we didn’t even ask for and asking us to give it back even tho we already ate out of the bag and the customer service was not it .

Even if you're eating at their restaurant you cannot use their restroom. If I would have known they weren't going to let me use the restroom I wouldn't have placed an order here.

We usually go to this sonic which is out of our way and we have a sonic that is very close to us. On 2 occasions I have had to call to inform the manager of some minor issues. Today I called because the coffee smelled burnt and tasted burnt. I couldn't even have it sit next to me, because it made me sick to smell it. When my husband poured it out there was a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. When I was informing the manager she got defensive. She said she was drinking coffee from the same pot of coffee I got mine from and there was nothing wrong with it. However it had been over an hour and a half since we got out food. She said they don't sell that much coffee. I called her on it. She basically called me a liar. I think we will be going to a different sonic or just stop doing our Sunday breakfast all together. Customer service is not what it used to be. I was raised in the era "the Customer is always right ". If the manager is going to be argumentative with the customer, then this sets the role model for the staff, that they can do the same!!!!
