Placed an order 3/3 and I called right away to cancel since it was the wrong location. Called and left messages and no return calls. Call today 4/24 just to be told I should pay attention where I order and to call my bank to figure it out.

Have been eating here for 20+ years. The staff and owners are great! The pizza is always delicious & the salad bar is one of the best in town. The newly renovated restaurant looks great. Highly recommend this location.

I feel so lucky to live within 20 minutes of this particular location. I tend to go at lunch or dinner time for the buffet and it is well done in my opinion, then they redesigned the entire dining room and made it even better. They are definitely not falling behind in the days when old school pizza buffets are disappearing, they are doubling down to improve something that was already great. I go as often as I can!

I love the pizza buffet and the salad bar. Tania, at the register and Ashley, my server were both AMAZING. I'll definitely return on Mondays and Thursdays, especially when the buffet is an even nicer price.

Dear Management, I’m writing to bring a troubling situation to your attention from our visit to Pizza Inn. The manager, Al, was extremely rude to both myself and another guest. We simply asked him about the toddler pricing, as the sign stated kids three and under eat free but we were being charged $7.99. Toddlers don’t even eat that much, so it felt completely unfair. Another mother also raised a concern because her autistic son didn’t eat at all. Al dismissed her rudely, relying on a waitress’s false claim that the child had eaten, despite us all being able to see he hadn’t. The waitress never told him that. Also, when we asked about management/owners Al got very really got upset. We decided to just leave. I can’t help but to feel that Al’s attitude was discriminatory. While we did speak to another waitress, who happened to be the owner’s wife, and she was very kind and resolved the situation, it still left a sour taste. I need to be honest: after this experience, we won’t be returning. I wanted to share this so others know that, unfortunately, this place does not feel inclusive or welcoming to all.
