  This Jimmy John’s doesn’t know how to follow instructions. They didn’t put any meat in my wife sandwich. They also didn’t put any extra mayonnaise in mine. If you try to call the store all you will get is a busy signal. This place needs to do better.

  This place service sucks they don’t get the food correct and and the pickle is all soggy about to go bad garland location way better

  The food was a little dry but I can’t be mad about it; it was damn near closing! They were sweet to serve us and let us eat while they finalized the day and cleaned up behind the counter. (We were good guests and cleaned up after ourselves, leaving with minutes to spare before closing.)

  I stopped by Jimmy John’s this afternoon before school and had a pretty uncomfortable experience. While I was ordering, there was an older woman in front of me who seemed unsure about what she wanted and was asking a question about her sandwich. Instead of helping her, the employee making the sandwich responded very rudely and seemed clearly irritated that she was asking questions. It’s a sandwich shop with a menu that people may not always be familiar with, so asking questions shouldn’t be a problem. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that I stepped in and asked if everything was okay. After that, the employee seemed annoyed with me as well and was rude during my order. I got my sandwich and left. The sandwich itself tasted fine, but shortly after eating it I ended up extremely sick to my stomach and have basically been stuck in the bathroom since. I can’t say for sure if the two things are related, but the overall experience left a really bad impression. I’ve been to Jimmy John’s before and never had issues, which is why this was surprising. Hopefully management can address the customer service here, because no one should feel uncomfortable just asking a simple question.

  Went in nobody greeted me was just ignored and the girls kept talking and laughing Finally was told she’ll help me in a second the. Ordered my Sandwich then was told I have to wait 15 minutes for bread. How are you a sandwich place with no bread ready ? Was just not professional
