- RRRosa RiveraFeb 7, 20261.0We arrived around 11:30 placed our order , almost 1 hour later we had to ask about our food , when they finally gave it to us , it was all wrong my husbands boneless wings were almost burn and little sauce no fries we had to wait on that , my bone in order wings it looked like they just threw it all in ,so much sauce on the mango habanero and the garlic Parmesan was soaked and it looked mixed , I only got about 3 celery sticks and 3 carrots , it was so bad the sauce didn't even look like it stuck to the wings it was just super messy , the entire kitchen crew seemed to be more concern about socializing and the cashier was mopping almost 40 min before closing time , clearly they were in a rush , I much had rather get told they were getting ready to leave then to make me spend my time and money there , we ended up speaking to the manager who had no idea that all this went on and we asked for a refund , hopefully they did that right ! We been to wingstop plenty of times is actually one of our faves but this was a terrible experience
