  The only two complaints I have are their chicken is undercooked. I asked to leave it in the fryer a couple minutes longer to make sure it's cooked all the way. My request was ignored. Undercooked pinkish rubbery chicken sandwich. So I switched up to grilled cheese. Can't go wrong with greed cheese. Yup they have been. The bread is grilled. The cheese is cold and of course never given a chance to melt. And the cininomon rolls have always been my all time favorite. Until the past 4 months. Stale. Tough. Inedible. Of course the management always makes it right, which they should. I appreciate that. But dang. Replace the stale hard cininomon roll with another stale hard roll. Replace the unmelted cold cheese grilled cheese with another cold unmelted grilled cheese. I'm not too happy. Nope. Not happy at all. Will I continue eating there? Of course. I think the apple pies and french fries may fool proof. Not to general manager. STOP PREPACKING THE CININOMON ROLLS IN THE STYROFOAM TO GO CONTAINERS. THAT IS WHAT MAKES THEM STALE AND HARD FASTER.

  By far the worst Whataburger location in the area. No kind of customer service experience at all from the employees working there. Whoever may be hiring those people may be desperate to hire because it seems that they hiring just about anyone. Also, why is it we place a mobile order for Curbside Pick Up no one comes out!? I always need to come in and speak with the people at the counter after waiting a while and they always have an attitude as if I’m inconveniencing them. The only thing positive about this location is that the food meet standards as it should and the building got renovated quite nicely.. buts that’s it. I rather visit the Buckner location moving forward, they deserve the renovation at least.

  For the past couple times I've come to this Whataburger ever since the new renovations the orders have taken longer and longer to get ready, and I've been trying to be patient with this location but just today I ordered curbside and it was 30 minutes before I decided to go inside to get my curbside meal only for it to be found in a small little open cabinet on the other side of the cash register forgotten. And I've gone inside before to pick up to-go orders and this is the third time that they have used that little cabinet where they hold orders and have lost my order multiple times. The wait time is getting ridiculous the employees constantly losing or forgetting where the orders are finished meals are going is absolutely no communication at all. Order here only if you have about 30 minutes to 45 minutes of time to wait for your food.

  Fuí con mi familia a este restaurante, pensando; este lugar esta remodelado, la comida estara más sabrosa. Pero nos llevamos la sorpresa, las hamburgers estaban frias, ni siquiera se derritio el queso, y duraron 25mnts en servirnos. No habia genteb para pensar que estaban muy ocupados, solo estaba un cowboy comiendo, y le dieron prioridad a los que llegaban por el drive-thru, y fue mucho el tiempo para servirnos esas insipidas hamburger frias. Me levante y pedí hablar con el manager, y una joven hispana dijo; digame a mí, yo le paso el recado, le explique sobre la ridicula 🍔, y se ofrecio a cambiarla, le dije no gracias, se tradaron casi media hora en servirme, no quiero esperar más, y al ver que los cocineros se enteraron que le estaba mostrado mí descontento, no quise exponerme a que hicieran otra con algo dentro. Ya al estar comiendo, para colmo, le salio un cabello a la hamburger de mi esposa entre la Lechuga. No recomiendo este lugar, a menos que te gusta la mala comida.
