Heinous behavior from the staff. I needed to use the restroom, but it was absolutely disgusting. I wish I could show the pictures, but honestly, it was that bad. I would highly reconsider coming to this Wendy’s.

Bro these people must be miserable or mad at their life. No manners, no joy, just straight rude and nasty. They don’t care to serve you and they’re very loud. I’m eating inside the lobby and I can hear them yell at every customer in the drive thru. They have to do something with this kind of people

I placed an online order and checked in as soon as I arrived. A couple of minutes later, the manager (who was raising her voice at everyone) said she didn’t have my order in her system and went on with her work I tried to get her attention to verify the address and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. During this time she was still yelling at me. After 5 minutes of being checked in, she said my order was in her system. I understand being a restaurant manager is not an easy job but she really should not be yelling at the customers who pay her salary. Even other customers in the restaurant heard and saw this. As much as I like Wendy’s, I will NOT be coming back to this location.

Felt hungry, stood in line to order and was ignored by the counter staff.
Initially, I thought- "no big deal, they must be too busy" so I decided to leave.
When I walked out of the location the entire staff was cheering that they drove a white customer away.
I guess they take pride in this sort of behaviour.
Ironically, I am Hispanic.
Also, literally half of everything on a normal Wendy's menu is missing.

MY 3rd day to this location and they always running out of stuff and never replenishing. They have been out of chili for multiple days and when i ask when will they get more in the African American lady laughed at me. It’s not a laugh matter but more so why yall standing and hanging out the drive thru window but can’t order what’s needed to service customers. Very unprofessional and sad to say the least. I’m sure the manager is apart of the problem as well.
