A couple of minutes later, the manager (who was raising her voice at everyone) said she didn’t have my order in her system and went on with her work I tried to get her attention to verify the address and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. During this time she was still yelling at me. After 5 minutes of being checked in, she said my order was in her system. I understand being a restaurant manager is not an easy job but she really should not be yelling at the customers who pay her salary. Even other customers in the restaurant heard and saw this. As much as I like Wendy’s, I will NOT be coming back to this location.

When I walked out of the location the entire staff was cheering that they drove a white customer away. I guess they take pride in this sort of behaviour. Ironically, I am Hispanic. Also, literally half of everything on a normal Wendy's menu is missing.

They have been out of chili for multiple days and when i ask when will they get more in the African American lady laughed at me. It’s not a laugh matter but more so why yall standing and hanging out the drive thru window but can’t order what’s needed to service customers. Very unprofessional and sad to say the least. I’m sure the manager is apart of the problem as well.
