The store was clean and organized but I did not like most of the employees. An older woman wearing glasses on her mouth, I’m assuming she was the manager, spoke to a young cashier very rudely in front of customers. Another lady was walking literally 2 inches away from a customer and was making faces when she could’ve backed up and went the other way. I’d go more often if it wasn’t for the rude and obnoxious older employees.

Y'all!! The bakery, more specifically the custom cakes, is absolutely Phenomenal!! I showed her (i hate that I didnt get her name!!) my inspiration picture and she went with it! And did absolutely exactly what I asked for!! Considering the time they had to make this cake for my daughter's birthday, I wasnt going to be super picky, just as long as it was in the same "ballpark", but the cake and cupcakes were beyond what I expected!! (The rest of the cupcakes, not pictured, matched the others!!) I will be ordering my son's cake as well in January for his birthday!!

Just went to the Tom Thumb gas station at about 6:10 tonight 11/11/2025 and the line was four deep with more that were still shopping and there was an elderly lady behind the counter who I guess was at lunch fixing her salad and licking the salad dressing jar and hunting down a fork to eat with all while we were standing in line waiting to be cashed out. Finally another worker a young man came in and went out and came back in again and was trying to check everyone as fast as he could. But the lady did not want to help. I understand if you have to take a lunch but there are tables in the grocery store where you can eat. The gentleman was very busy working but for at least a solid minute or two we all stood there while the lady acted like we were invisible. She finally started ringing the first customer up but the man took over when he came back in and she proceeded to eat her salad. This is a busy time of day with people getting off work so please whom ever is in charge please either tell her she can work through her lunch or just send over a backup.

Tom Thumb Mesquite. I have shopped here since it opened in Spring of 1995. It has been remodeled many times and is in final phase of current remodel. They have a very nice Starbucks cafe, Deli and Bakery. Pharmacy . The store is pretty well laid out. They have self check as well as cashiers. Customer service is very helpful. You can find certain items in their clearance department. Now , they have good sales, esp if you are a Reward card member. Double check their sale prices since sometime only the U card can be used. The staff is helpful, store is clean. Rest room stocked.

I want to the deli to get a pound of potato wedges and when I asked about them the young guy started studdering at that point I knew he was getting ready to lie. At first he stated he didn't think there was any then he went to check and This all happened around 6:45pm. He stated the grease was just turned on and it would take an hour to warm up. It was someone else asking for potato wedges. Your staff was unprofessional and lied. Poor customer service was exhibited. 🤨🤨
