  Overall negative 0. Im here at 8am and the drive thru isn't open or they are acting like they do not hear me. Always something at this location. My first time getting trying get breakfast at taco bell and well never again!

  Went to this location on 01-28-2026 at 11:00am and I notice that their was two young Hispanic girls walking around at this location in the kitchen not doing anything the African American guy was working hard to get the food out they watched him work and they kelp walking around one was going in and out of the refrigerator like she was working but didn't get anything out of the refrigerator and the other girl was faking like she was taking orders from the drive thru and I also had issues with the sign in order machine this has happened several times I told the cashiers many times and nothing hasn't been done about it.I cant print, email or send a text message to my phone concerning my receipt because the order machine is freezing up every time.Corporate please look into this matter because this location is going down and I'm so tried of receiving alot of lettuce in my burritosand a little pinch of cheese.

  As a vegetarian I understand I need to be careful when ordering food from places that serve meat and typically only do this when I have no other choice. Even then I have my carnivore husband test any plant based meats to be positive. Tonight we stopped and ordered a black bean chalupa. I thought it tasted off but as it's never actually good anyway I just shrugged it off. Then on my second bite got a mouth full of beans AND chicken. Upon looking into it there was multiple pieces of chicken mixed in the beans. I went inside and told the manager he acted incredulous and made me show him. Once I did he acted condescending and nonchalant. He didn't apologize or say he would talk to his staff, he simply said "so you want a remake?" When I explained that the beans were contaminated by the chicken he really didn't care and walked off. Didn't offer a refund of anything. Horrible food, horrible service. I warn vegetarians to beware of this place and neither I nor my husband will ever eat at taco bell again. If they can mix chicken into the beans what else are they mixing up as they obviously don't care about their future ex customers.

  It seems to always be something with this Taco Bell location I stay in the gated community across the street and the running joke in the community is how long is it gonna take for them to finally close this Taco Bell down because everybody’s order is always wrong. Just went in a drive-through and ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito, light beans and they never really put too much sour cream and three cheese blend so I always get extra on the side. Look at the receipt they charge $.95 for sour cream and $.85 for three cheese on the side look at the containers. Why aren’t they filled up? As the person to drive-through to, please fill the containers up, they came back and was told by their manager, Jennifer that they cannot fill them up. While at the same time I have my daughter open up my burrito. The burrito is completely wrong. 😤It’s not a grilled cheese burrito (inside probably was completely wrong too) so I handed it back to the drive-through worker for them to remake it correctly. Ask To speak with Jennifer, the shift manager …asked her can I get my sour cream and Shredded cheese containers filled all the way up to the top like I generally receive and told her there’s no consistency that if I’m paying almost 2 dollars both containers should be filled. She refused even though they just messed up my order that should’ve just been a common courtesy. Was about to just get a complete refund, but I just don’t trust that they will send the money back to my account. I get home open up my burrito. It’s still made wrong. Here’s the inside of the burrito. Look at the image below on what is included in the grilled cheese burrito. Do you see any chips, no sour cream, no chipotle sauce 😡no 3 cheese blend just looks like nacho cheese, rice and beans . If u see it let me know. (I’ll WAIT ) At this point it’s a laughing joke of the community . I’m vegetarian So its already limited on certain places that I can eat with fast food so when I do go somewhere, I want my food right and you can see this burrito is wrong wrong wrong & I’m not taking it back . Customer service is a LOST ART . I Will not be returning. I’m sure the community meeting they’ll get a good laugh out of this since we all seem to swap stories about Taco Bell. Irritating 😤 Corporate do better . From management on down.

  I did a last minute order for my hs marching band. The app was down do to storm, so I came in and the staff thought I was joking when I ordered 21 party packs. Very calmly they got to work and worked quickly and as I sat in the lobby waiting they all shared roles with drive through and other in coming orders. Thank you Melvin, Jonathan, Matthew, Tyler, and Glenn, Yall Rock!!!
