The sandwich was good and made well. I tipped the guy on card so he would get the tip, but the whole "charging for water" thing pissed me off. He didn't offer me a water cup, he offered me a paid cup. I took what I was offered, not what I ordered. Management contacted me after I contacted corporate. He seemed irritated that I would complain, but is supposed to refund me the charge. I'll update if it doesn't happen.
