I didnt catch his name but he was a tall African American man with a beard, fantastic service, sitting alone I wouldn't expect that level of service. Very professional, the prime rib was also very good. Reason to review is definitely the server. Bravo.

Food came out fairly fast, though it wasn't very busy when we arrived. The ribeye was cooked correctly and surprisingly tasty that I didn't need any sauce. My wife enjoyed her salmon. The queso wasn't bad but wasn't much meat in it, maybe two strips of beef. Overall, we were very pleased with our dine-in experience.

I ordered the chicken with the sausage and got sweet potato fries and a side salad.. The chicken was a smashed down half breast and the sausage was cut in half only 4 inches long, plus the sweet potatoes fries are real stringy.. like those cheap ones at In and Out burger! The side salad with the balsamic dressing was the best thing about the dinner and they charged me $18.99 for this plate!? Also, their pepper grinder mill needs to be replaced, it was flinging peppers all over the place and half of them didn't even get chopped in my salad, it had whole pepper grains choking me out, etc... And yet my Gentleman Cowboy still tipped thier waiter over 25 dollars in change!!!
