  Had such a great time with my family at this restaurant. Our server named Ozzy made it such a pleasant experience and was always there to check on us. My mother is very picky which can be frustrating for some servers but he was nothing but patient and kind the entire time. The food was very delicious and I love the Cesar salad here. We will definitely be coming back!

  We had an excellent experience at Saltgrass thanks to our amazing waiter and an exceptional manager. Our waiter Allen he was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcomed from start to finish—checking in at just the right moments and making sure everything was perfect. What really stood out was witnessing a manager (Jill I think as her name…) go above and beyond to try to accommodate a customer who simply couldn’t be pleased. Even in a tough situation, the manager remained calm, professional, patient, and genuinely focused on making things right. That level of leadership and care for guests speaks volumes about the standards here. Great service like this is rare and deserves recognition. We’ll absolutely be back—not just for the food, but for the people who make the experience outstanding.

  We stopped by today (Saturday) around 12:10 PM for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our server appeared to be new, as she repeatedly asked us to excuse her mid-order so she could run to the kitchen, seemingly to catch up with other tables. We ordered margaritas, but they never arrived. My husband’s sandwich was also served incorrectly. He ordered it the exact way the menu has it with no changes or substitutions and it was missing the proper condiment and vegetables that are supposed to come with it. When we brought this to our server’s attention, she mentioned that her manager had given her the sandwich that way. This response suggested a lack of familiarity with the menu or proper plating standards. She did acknowledge that she forgot to enter the margarita order. We understand that busy shifts and training periods happen, but the overall service and food accuracy did not meet expectations.

  Dear Saltgrass Management Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent dining experiences at your location. I have been a loyal Landry’s customer for over ten years and have visited this restaurant many times. I have consistently chosen your establishment because of its quality, service, and reliability. Unfortunately, my recent visits have reflected a noticeable decline in all three areas. The Range Rattlers we ordered were significantly smaller than in the past, and the shrimp portions appeared reduced. The salads were also far smaller than expected. When our server offered fresh pepper and it barely dispensed, she walked away without addressing the issue when we asked about it. We ordered two Maureen plates with filet mignon, a dish we have always enjoyed. This time, the steaks were tough and lacked tenderness. I ordered mine medium rare, yet it was rubbery and poorly prepared. In addition to the food quality concerns, the hostess at the entrance consistently appeared unprofessional and unwelcoming. Making rude facial expressions toward guests creates a negative first impression and reflects poorly on your brand. I regularly spend over $120 per visit and dine at this location multiple times each month. I have remained loyal because of the high standards you previously maintained. However, based on these recent experiences, I am seriously reconsidering continuing to patronize this restaurant. I respectfully request that management review this location’s food quality, portion consistency, and customer service standards. I would appreciate hearing how these issues will be addressed. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

  Saturday the 14th of feb we had lunch are usual meal that we always get but this time I ordered two virgin drinks a strawberry daiquiri and a pina colada. First it took them a while to bring to us and when received they both looked like melted milk shakes they were awful and tasted bad. Me and my teen son ordered them so I was not going to waist money on not drinking them. Food was good. I was so.. disappointed because our waited looked at both and they were dripping and bothers to go get us another one or say "They don't look right". When it was time to get our money back from paying it took a while too. Thank goodness a manager (white young lady with long hair) was checking around and she said let me see what's taking so long. Thank you to her. The picture posted it should have looked like this... but it was a hot mess...
